Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 7–15 business days (items stocked in our US warehouse arrive in 3–7 business days)
- Canada: 10–20 business days
Every order includes tracking. During peak seasons or carrier delays, delivery can take a few days longer — we'll always keep your tracking up to date.
Why the range?
We work directly with our fulfillment partners to keep prices fair, which means some items ship from international warehouses. We list honest delivery windows rather than promises we can't keep.
