Shipping & delivery
When will my order arrive?
We process orders within 1–3 business days, then you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. Estimated delivery from there:
- United States: 7–15 business days (items stocked in our US warehouse arrive in 3–7 business days)
- Canada: 10–20 business days
During peak seasons or carrier delays it can take a few days longer — we keep your tracking updated the whole way.
Where do you ship from?
We work directly with our fulfillment partners to keep prices fair, which means some items ship from international warehouses. We always list honest delivery windows rather than promises we can't keep.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship across the United States and Canada. If you're elsewhere and have your heart set on something, email us — we'll see what we can do.
Is every order tracked?
Yes. Every order includes tracking, and your confirmation email has the link.
Returns & guarantee
What's your return policy?
Our 30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee: if you or your pet aren't happy with a purchase, we'll make it right within 30 days of delivery — a replacement or a refund, your choice. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions.
My item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — what now?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund. No need to return the item.
Anything you can't take back?
For hygiene reasons, used grooming items and opened comfort bedding can't be returned unless they're defective.
Orders & payment
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal — we never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as you can at pawslyparent@gmail.com. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
