We're pet parents first

Pawsly Parent started with a simple feeling — the one you get when your dog rests their chin on your knee, or your cat decides your lap is the only acceptable place in the house. Our best friends give us their whole hearts. The least we can do is give them the good stuff.

So we built a little shop for exactly that: comfort and wellness products, thoughtfully chosen for the dogs and cats who own our hearts. We're the kind of people who read every review, compare every bed, and ask too many questions before buying anything. That's the bar we hold every product to before it earns a place here.

What we promise you

Honest delivery windows. Some of our items ship from international warehouses so we can keep prices fair, and we'll always tell you exactly when to expect your order rather than make promises we can't keep. Every order is tracked, door to door.

The 30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee. If you or your pet aren't happy with a purchase, we'll make it right within 30 days of delivery — a replacement or a refund, your choice.

Real people who answer. Questions, order help, or a photo of your best friend you just have to share? Email us at pawslyparent@gmail.com and a real pet parent will get back to you, usually within 24 hours on business days.
