30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee

If you or your pet aren't happy with a purchase, we'll make it right within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible, items should be unused and in original packaging. Email pawslyparent@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, used grooming items and opened comfort bedding can't be returned unless defective.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us and we'll chase it down.
